VENDING PROGRAM OPTIONS

BASIC

Basic is one of the most common vending program options that companies choose. The basic price list provided in my proposal represents what I require to make a living. Keep in mind that Consumer Vending is a sole proprietorship which means no employee wages or expensive workers’ compensation insurance to pay. This allows me to beat my competitors on pricing and pass the savings on to you!

COMMISSION

For companies who want to receive commissions through their vending program, we could add 5¢, 10¢, or more to the basic pricing depending on how much commission you would like to receive. Depending on sales volume, commission income is paid monthly or quarterly and includes a detailed sales report. The commission program is a great way for companies to provide occasional employee recognition functions, parties and events without even having to pay for them.

SUBSIDIZED

For companies who want to give their employees a price break, I offer a subsidized program. In this program, you choose reduced product pricing where your employees will pay less for items sold in the vending machines. At the end of each month I would invoice you for the balance between the basic price list and amount charged at the machine. The telemetry system previously mentioned offers transparency through accurate sales reports for all items sold in the machine.

COMPLIMENTARY

For generous companies who want to fully compensate their employees by offering free food and beverage vending products, special reduced pricing is offered for this type of arrangement. Please contact me for further details.

OTHER OPTIONS AND INFORMATION

OTHER VENDING OPTIONS

  • Food and beverage happy hours
  • Subsidized pricing on healthy or specific products only
  • Promotional “funny money” for employee rewards
  • Sales blocking at specific times (popular when children are present)
  • Lottery feature – can be programmed to vend one free item at certain intervals (i.e. every 300th vend, every 500th vend, etc.)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR PROGRAM

Consumer Vending & Coffee Service is always interested in new locations. Typically, I provide vending services to companies with 50 or more employees; however I will consider smaller growing companies or companies that want to offer a free or subsidized vending program for their employees, etc.

RESTOCKING AND SERVICE ISSUES

Frequency of visits for restocking will depend on your sales volume. Some accounts may only need restocking once a week while a busy location may require more frequent visits. When a problem occurs, I will be there to resolve it usually on the same day I receive the call. However, when I receive notification of a problem late in the day, it will likely be addressed the next morning.
